 Molly (molly): A dance in the molly style written by some of the team at the 2003 rehearsals. The dance is performed to a song ’16 Tonnes’ and the beat of a drum.

Chorus – circle reel – in out in out, 3 star in middle 3 dance in circle outside then swap

Pousettes – (order 1 2 3) couple 1 turn, couples 2 & 3 turn and swap places, then all turn in place (now order 1 3 2) couple 1 & 3 turn and swap, 2 turns on spot (order 3 1 2) coupe 1 cross cast between 2 & 3 cross again back to place

Diagonals – 1 & 6 back to back, others turn single to form / /

3 & 4 back to back, others turn single to form =

2 & 5 back to back, others turn single to form \ \

1 & 6 back to back, others turn single to form =

Hey - 2 steps to get from     1 3 5     to        1

everyone goes right first then one step hop to get to other side until 5 & 6 meet and swing to place, then 1 & 2 meet and swing to place then 3 &4

Finish - 4 & 5 do RH star/turn, turn a little bit and pick partners up, keep turning. Meanwhile 1&2 cross over and cast to bottom of set, 1 puts RH in middle and collects 2 and joins star. On last 3 beats stamp stamp stamp then arms up.

Off – turn star a little bit then one couple leads off in pairs
